Volunteer Resources

This is the volunteer resource page for the Maine Tree Farm Committee and Inspecting Foresters. If you have any suggestions for materials to include here, let us know by emailing coordinator[at]mainetreefarm.org

Not an Inspecting Forester Yet?

Each year the Maine Tree Farm Committee Trains foresters throughout the state to certify them as Tree Farm Inspecting Foresters. Inspecting Foresters visit Tree Farm and Family Forest properties to work with landowners to ensure they are meeting the American Tree Farm System’s Standards of Sustainability.

If you want to become an inspecting forester, contact us or subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of the page.
